Nailed It!

Dear heavenly father, 

Help us to nail the passions and desires of our sinful nature to the cross and crucify them there and help us to follow your spirit in every area of our lives. In Yeshua's name we pray.

Amen!

What is our sinful nature? Any opposition to God. 

What are the results when we're in opposition to God?

Sexual immorality,  impurity,  lustful pleasures,  idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outburst of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy,drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these!

What are the results when we follow the Spirit?

Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control!

And there you have it, love bugs! We always have a choice, right? You can nail it or miss and hit your thumb! (don't sleep on the significance of the "thumb")😉
